How it started
In 2009 we started with one truck and one guy. That was the whole company. The idea was simple: be the contractor you call first and stay small enough that you only call once. Over time the work grew, and instead of farming trades out to a rotating cast of subcontractors, we kept everything in house.
That decision shaped who we are. When the person who walked the property at the bid meeting is the same person swinging the hammer on your job, things stay tight. The schedule doesn't drift. The finishes don't slip. You call one number and you get the same crew throughout.
The family piece is real. We've kept it small by intention, not by lack of opportunity. Every job gets the same care as the one before.

One truck, general contracting, one person. The idea was to be a phone call away and do the work yourself.
As the work came in, we hired carefully and kept the trades close. Site work and excavation moved from outsourced to our own machines.
Concrete flatwork, driveways, pads, and paving became another trade we ran directly. No waiting on an outside crew meant no delays.

We bid what we can build. No overstaffing multiple sites. The crew finishes one job and moves to the next. Your schedule is the priority.
The person who shows up with the tape measure and walks the property is on site every day during construction. No surprises between bid and build.
Pole barns, metal buildings, homes, remodels, roofing, concrete, excavation, and site work. On specialty items like electrical hookup, we bring in a licensed trade and tell you upfront.
When the local contractor stops, we don't. That means your job keeps moving. Foundations set. Framing rises. Concrete gets finished in the cold. We have the equipment and the crew.
Before you get the keys, we walk every inch. The punch list gets done. No gaps, no shortcuts, no loose ends. When the job is finished, it is finished.

The crew
The people who show up every morning are skilled trades. Most have been here for years. They know how to frame a timber truss, set a foundation, run a machine, and finish concrete. They do good work because good work is the only work that goes out the door.
